Return/Exchange Eligibility
Eligible Cases:
- Damaged or defective products.
- Incorrect or misprinted items.

- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products
- Custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Standard Fees for Non-Defective Returns
- A 20% fee applies to cover shipping and handling costs for non-defective returns or exchanges.

Important Notes
- For non-defective returns and exchanges, the 20% fee will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.
- Refunds, replacements, and exchanges will be processed only after the returned product passes our inspection process.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or based on your preference within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we offer multiple refund options, including bank transfer, UPI, or any other method preferred by the customer.
- To ensure the product was not damaged by the customer, an unboxing video must be provided. This is necessary because, unfortunately, some people attempt to file false claims or damage the product themselves. The unboxing video helps us validate the condition of the product upon receipt.
Return Shipping and Charges
We do not charge any extra fees for returning a damaged or misprinted product. Return shipping is completely free of charge.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are fully refundable, with no restocking fee applied.
International Orders
- We offer replacements only for damaged or incorrect products.
- To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please ensure you provide an unboxing video of the product. The video is essential to verify the condition of the product upon delivery T&C apply.
